Refunds

Our Merchant of Record (MoR), Tebex Limited, is responsible for billing support and refunds. However, as a gesture of goodwill and at our discretion, JG Scripts offers a 7-day money-back guarantee in case you change your mind or if the product is not working as required or as expected. In some cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a refund after 7 days if the issue cannot be resolved or if you are unable to get the script working despite our best efforts. PLEASE NOTE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY A REFUND REQUEST AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON. Some of these reasons include, but are not limited to: (1) resources that have been transferred, (2) inability to verify your purchase, (3) personal error such as being logged into the wrong account, purchasing a product twice, or making an accidental purchase, or (4) refusal to accept support or cooperate with our efforts to resolve the issue.

Please note that we offer refunds AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL AND AT OUR DISCRETION, as well as to demonstrate our level of confidence in what we sell. If you do not wish to co-operate with our refund terms, you can instead contact our MoR Tebex Limited. Subscription packages, such as JG+, are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and no further payments will be taken. There are no fees or minimum terms for cancellation. Cancelling a subscription will revoke your access to any packages within the subscription.
